I love making a reading plan almost as much as I love reading the books! This summer, I have three categories of books to read:

1) Some ARC I promised to read and review: Hallam's War (almost finished), The Resistance Fighter (about the Danish resistance movement in WWII), and Abbeville. I also include in this category an unpublished novel written by a friend that i promised to read.

2) Books already on my iPod: Water for Elephants (almost finished), The Trial (never seem to finish), Wildfire by Nelson DeMille (treat for finishing The Trial), Short Stories by Somerset Maugham, and then whatever strikes my fancy.

3) Books to read just because I want to: Venusberg by Anthony Powell (because I love his dance to the Music of Time), The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie, and then we'll see.

I think I'll post this same list over on my blog as well -- thanks for the idea!
