    Amen to the importance of a submission tracking system! I may not be the most talented writer around, but I am definitely one of the most organized, and determined, and lately it has started paying off. So no excuses – if you want to be published, you have to do the work, have a system, and be committed to it. It might not get you published, but I can guarantee you an unsubmitted piece will not be published.
