Rob Sheffield, a writer for Rolling Stone magazine and a former resident of Charlottesville, was at the New Dominion Bookshop last Tuesday to read from his memoir, Love is a Mix Tape. Thanks to Charlottesville Podcasting Network for the recording.

Thank you so much for capturing this reading! I read Rob’s book last spring and my only regret is that I gobbled it up so quickly. Between his love of music, Renee and memories of Charlottesville – I wanted to soak up every last detail. And, eventually, revisit my own stack of mix tapes.
Two thumbs up for this cool author!
And thanks to Elizabeth for recording this reading
