The American Society of Magazine Editors has picked the Best Cover winners for 2007. Most of the finalists leave me cold (and that one with Stephen Colbert and the “baby” is just plain creepy). I would have picked either gruff and lovable Dick Cheney, or just plain lovable George Clooney, if I were pickin’.
