William Gibson‘s been in the news a lot lately, doing interviews for his new book, Spook Country. Unfortunately, one of his interviews was with the gratingly unpleasant Deborah Solomon of the New York Times. Book of Joe gives us the whole August 19 interview, which is already locked in the “Times Select” archives. As usual, the interviewee comes off much classier than the interviewer.
