The mailbox brings good news today. From our neighborhood newsletter:
The Art In Place whale tail on the hill at the 250 Bypass and Grove is slated to be finished by the beginning of April. The artist, Tom Givens, plans to host a little celebration onsite. No date or time has been set, but if you see the festivities as you pass by, stop and say hello.
